About Us
Quality Resourcing Services was founded in 2009 by Cliff Davis after spending decades in buying and management roles in the beauty industry. QRS was created to address the need for a full-service partner that would reduce or eliminate the burden of package and product development, sourcing and supply.
Today the management team, many of whom worked for brands, continues with the goal of excellence in technical proficiency and unequaled service, by providing complete packaging and full turnkey. We do this with regular status reports, constant communication and by working to answer your questions before they are asked.
Capabilities
The QRS team develops, resources and supplies a wide range of packages and products. This includes flexible plastic and metal tubes, plastic, glass and metal bottles, pumps, sprayers, airless packages, plastic and metal caps, labels, folding cartons, rigid boxes, and much more. Finished product capabilities include skincare, sun care, haircare, bath & body, fragrance and more.

It is very important to the QRS team that we set an example by giving back to the community as well as those in need throughout the country. We have a company matching program that encourages our team to make donations on their own, knowing that the company will support those charities that are dear to them.
